Coalitions
Haifa Women's Coalition - Official partnership of four women's organizations in one building, sharing their ideas and activities. The organizations in the coalition are Kayan, Isha L`Isha-Haifa Feminist Center, the Haifa Rape Crisis Center and Aswat - Palestinian Gay Women. The coalition works for women's equality and against gender-based violence.
The Working Group for Equality in Personal Status - A group of associations working in the field of women's and human rights, individual volunteer lawyers, social workers, and university professors. This group addresses the problems facing Palestinian women in regard to personal status laws and aims to guarantee Arab women's rights in the family and society.
The Working Group on the Status of Palestinian Women Citizens of Israel - Submits quadrennial alternative reports to the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women. The Committee watches over the progress of women in those countries that are the States parties to the 1979 Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW).
